Evaluate the product around the work that begins after signature.

Contract software categories overlap, but the buying jobs are different. A repository helps teams store and retrieve agreements. A broad CLM platform may add intake, authoring, redlining, approvals, and electronic signature. Reloren is deliberately centered on the seller-side execution record after an agreement is signed: what was promised, who owns it, what proves completion, what the client accepted, and which commercial event should follow.

Use this product collection to inspect one capability at a time. Start with contract monitoring when deadlines and deliverables disappear into project tools. Review repository software when the signed source is hard to retrieve or version. Examine renewal tracking when notice windows are handled in calendars. Consider AI-assisted review when extraction speed matters but every candidate still requires an accountable human decision.

A serious product evaluation should use a real executed agreement and a complete operating scenario. Trace one clause into an obligation, assign an owner, attach acceptable evidence, record the client decision, and connect the result to a renewal or billable event. That test exposes the difference between a searchable document and a system that helps a service team operate what it sold.

What to test across Reloren product features.

Judge the operating record, controls, and category boundaries before comparing feature counts.

Source traceability

Confirm that every obligation, date, rate, dependency, and acceptance condition can point back to the executed clause and version that created it.

Human accountability

Test who approves extracted candidates, owns the work, changes a deadline, accepts evidence, and records a client decision. Automation should not erase responsibility.

Commercial continuity

Follow completed work into the next legitimate action: acceptance, billing preparation, renewal, expansion, credit, penalty review, or an explicit exception.

Honest boundaries

Verify what remains in CRM, project management, accounting, e-signature, procurement, and legal-authoring systems so the rollout does not depend on an implied replacement.
