Calendar obligations
Track fixed dates, recurring duties, notice windows, and renewal events.
Monitor what is due, who owns it, which proof exists, what the client decided, and which commercial event is ready, without separating the signal from its signed source.
Reloren is in development. It is not yet available to buy or sign up for. The workflow described here is what we are building. Tell us what you need.
“Provider shall deliver the agreed work and preserve evidence of completion.”
DataForSEO reports 40 monthly US searches for “contract monitoring software,” commercial intent, a $238.75 cost per click, and keyword difficulty 25. The July 31 live results are dominated by broad CLM and repository products. That means buyers expect contract storage, dates, obligations, reporting, and lifecycle visibility, but the exact monitoring job still needs a clear operating definition.
Reloren monitors seller-side execution after signature. It turns approved clauses into obligations with owners, due events, evidence requirements, client-decision state, and value events. Monitoring is not a passive dashboard: each alert and portfolio signal leads back to the document version and exact language that created the work.
A renewal alert is useful, but most service-contract exposure appears before expiration. Reporting duties, milestone submissions, client dependencies, service levels, acceptance windows, rate changes, credits, and governance meetings all create events that need an owner and proof.
Reloren organizes open obligations by state, due date, owner, contract, and client. Overdue and unowned records remain visible beside disputed or evidence-ready work, so the portfolio view shows why an item needs attention instead of reducing every signal to a red date.
Track fixed dates, recurring duties, notice windows, and renewal events.
Represent work triggered by client access, approval, data receipt, delivery, or another named event.
Distinguish work with supporting proof from work that is merely marked complete.
Keep pending, accepted, disputed, rejected, and waived decisions explicit.
Monitoring software becomes dangerous when an extracted date or obligation loses its source context. Reloren keeps the contract version, estimated page, clause label, exact excerpt, and review decision attached to the operating record.
Local extraction proposes candidates; a person approves or rejects each one. The system does not silently turn model output into contractual truth. When language changes through an amendment, the earlier version remains immutable and the relationship between sources stays visible.
No candidate becomes active work until someone verifies the cited language.
Amends, supersedes, and incorporates relationships preserve the contract history.
Evidence and decisions add history rather than rewriting the earlier state.
A milestone amount should not become ready merely because a project task closed. Reloren can require fulfillment proof and a recorded client decision before the linked value event moves from forecast to ready.
The value ledger covers billable, milestone, rate-change, renewal, credit, penalty, lost-value, avoided-value, and recovered-value events. Accounting and billing systems remain responsible for invoices, books, taxes, and revenue recognition; Reloren supplies the source-linked execution context for the handoff.
Run a daily queue for due and overdue obligations, a weekly review for unowned or disputed work, and a monthly commercial review for ready, lost, credit, penalty, rate-change, and renewal events. Use exports when another system owns the next action.
During evaluation, upload one executed agreement with a conditional deliverable, an acceptance procedure, an amendment, and a renewal notice. A credible product should show the complete chain and make missing evidence more visible, not hide it behind a health score.
The sequence stays visible even when the surrounding systems and team responsibilities differ.
Add the signed MSA, SOW, order form, amendment, or email agreement. Reloren accepts PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown, and EML files up to 25 MB and retains the original as an encrypted contract version.
Local text extraction proposes obligation candidates with the document, estimated page, clause label, exact excerpt, and confidence. A person approves or rejects every candidate before it becomes active work.
Assign an owner, due date or triggering condition, evidence requirement, acceptance requirement, and billable value. The operating record stays linked to the language that created it.
Attach project artifacts, email, URLs, files, notes, or client confirmation. Record whether the client decision is pending, accepted, disputed, rejected, or waived without rewriting earlier events.
Record billable, milestone, rate-change, renewal, credit, penalty, or recovered-value events. Export obligations, audit history, and commercial records for the systems that remain responsible for invoicing and accounting.
A serious evaluation should test the operating record, not stop at a polished extraction demo.
Require document version, page, clause, excerpt, and reviewer state for every monitored obligation.
Verify the system can model event-driven duties, not only calendar reminders.
Test whether delivery evidence and client decisions affect readiness.
Every dashboard signal should lead to an owned record and a next action.
Confirm the product supports finance review without claiming to invoice or recognize revenue.
Reloren is in development and is not yet available to buy or sign up for; the scope below is what it is being built to do, and what it is deliberately not. Reloren is seller-side, post-signature contract execution software. It does not draft, redline, negotiate, sign, or provide legal advice. It does not score legal risk, manage buyer-side procurement, replace CRM, project management, PSA, ERP, or accounting systems, or issue invoices autonomously. Candidate extraction requires human review. Optional integrations are brokered through Composio; the core workflow works without them.
It is software for watching contract dates, obligations, milestones, compliance, performance, renewals, and related actions. Reloren focuses on seller-side post-signature execution and keeps each monitored record linked to the signed source.
Yes. It records expiration, notice days, renewal type, owner, evidence, and linked renewal value events.
Yes. An obligation can depend on client access, approval, data receipt, submission, acceptance, or another explicit event rather than a fixed date.
No. Extraction proposes source-linked candidates. A person must approve or reject each candidate before it becomes active work.
No. Project tools manage plans and tasks. Reloren preserves the enforceable client promise, its proof, decision, and commercial context.
Yes. Finance can review and export value-event context, but billing and accounting systems remain the financial systems of record.
Upload one executed agreement and trace its next obligation from clause to proof, client decision, and commercial event.
